Our UPService organization provides Riello UPS customers with the following:

Dedicated Call Center
A direct contact point with our Service team. Our staff is always available to offer guidance and support for UPS installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Installation Support and Commissioning
UPService can assist during system installation and initial start-up, as well as provide training for on-site personnel. Our Technical Service engineers can also assess site suitability through our Site Survey service.

Maintenance Contracts
UPService offers a range of maintenance agreements designed to minimize risks and reduce costs associated with UPS failures. Options include scheduled inspections or comprehensive contracts that cover both labor and materials.

Technical Training
Our team regularly conducts technical training courses for professionals at the Riello UPS Training Center.
